Pulikkuthi Pandi is another provincial flick from Muthaiah, made in his attempted and-tried arrangement. A forceful hero who beat the baddies beat up, a female lead with whom he begins to look all starry eyed after which he goes through a change, a couple of senior characters, sufficient feelings, family holding, barbarous adversaries and proud brutality are a portion of the normal components he has injected this time, as well.
Pandi (Vikram Prabhu), a vagrant, is a hoodlum who has near 20 frivolous wrongdoing cases enrolled under his name in a police headquarters. Subsequent to meeting Pechi (Lakshmi Menon), he chooses to be a capable and rational man as he goes totally gaga for her.
However he was prepared to patch his methodologies, destiny had different designs for him. He bolts horns with Sannasi (Vela Ramamoorthy), a heartless predatory lender, after the last makes trouble with Pechi and her dad. How Pandi, Pechi and her family members face the anger of Sannasi and his children frames the remainder of the story.
